Easy Hatha Yoga- This class explores a Hatha practice at a slow to steady pace with a balance of easy and moderate postures. Experience warm-ups and/or Sun Salutations, a flow of standing and seated poses, some basic to moderate back-bends, as well as some simple inversions, and close with a soothing relaxation, all with emphasis on the breath as an anchoring and energizing tool
